Cybersecurity Analyst at Pluto Cloud Computing, architecting PKI systems, identity federation, distributed firewall policies, and detection pipelines. Building open-source security tooling under Nullfront. Working toward a future engineering brand, Covenix.
Yetunde Duze is a Cybersecurity Analyst functioning as a Security Engineer at Pluto Cloud Computing Nigeria Limited - a cloud provider in its infrastructure build-out phase. This means she is not simply reviewing policies; she is designing and building the security architecture from the ground up: PKI, NSX-T distributed firewall, Entra ID identity federation, vulnerability management, and SIEM logging pipelines.
Her path to security is not conventional. She holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology from Ajayi Crowther University and spent several years in healthcare administration and customer relations - roles that sharpened her precision, documentation discipline, and ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences. These are not soft additions to her CV; they are transferable competencies she applies daily in a field where a miscommunicated finding can be as dangerous as a missed one.
Outside of work, she builds independent security tooling under her GitHub identity Nullfront, and is working toward her longer-term engineering brand, Covenix. She is currently learning German and French - because in security, understanding context across borders matters.
Her approach: understand the threat model first, then design the control. Document everything. Leave environments better than you found them.
Yetunde swims, reads adventure novels, and watches horror films. Her favourite novel is Scorpion Shards by Neal Shusterman - she loves the thrill of piecing together a puzzle from scattered clues, figuring out who did what and why before the story reveals it. It is, she notes, not entirely unlike threat hunting.
